Supplier sourcing and verification; buyer introductions and coordination; trade structuring and documentation support (SPA, escrow, LC coordination); logistics coordination with third-party providers; compliance and due diligence facilitation.

· Compliance & Regulatory Framework:

Pure Trust follows strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, is registered with the GoAML system, and operates in compliance with applicable gold trade rules, regulations, and international best practices.

· Compliance & Due Diligence:
All parties must comply with AML, CFT, sanctions, and KYC/KYB regulations. Pure Trust reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if compliance requirements are not met.

· Confidentiality & Data Protection:
All information shared is treated as confidential and used strictly for compliance and transaction purposes, in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

· Intellectual Property:
All website content, branding, processes, and materials are the exclusive property of Pure Trust Gold Trading LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
